I have tons of medical issues, appoinments etc. I explained all this to Joy with Johnny Buys Houses, and to Kristin at Advantage Title.

Joy is a “Joy” and so cool, made things super simple, fast, no need to stress over anything. The entire process was soft, easy, and fast! She was so kind. Selling the property at 1031 W. Chestnut was much easier than I imagined.
